Master's Message
December 2001

Dear Brethren,

Another year has gone by. Some people say, "Gee, where does the time go?" or "I can't believe a year has gone by already." Well, I have to tell you, it's been a long year. It's been a busy year. I've learned a lot, and sometimes I've learned not enough. But, through it all, I enjoyed every minute of it. I discovered more things about Masonry than Lewis and Clark discovered about America! And I didn't do it alone.

I thank all my officers for their continued support throughout the year. I thank all my Past Masters and white apron brethren for their guidance and for "pitching in" when someone couldn't make it out that night. I never got a "no" from anyone. Amidst some confusing times it seemed to work out. And in the end we always looked good.

We now have three candidates in waiting. I can't wait to get them through the degrees. They're a great bunch of guys and will be an asset to our Lodge. We must give them our support and get them raised to the "sublime." I'll be calling on all of you again for help so be prepared.

I would especially like to thank my secretary, W.B. Hal Fischer. He is the biggest "nag" on Earth. And that is why so much gets done in our Lodge. He does not know the meaning of "I forgot." I appreciate the great amount of time he devotes to our Lodge and to myself so I do not err. I would be lost without him.

Finally, brethren, may you and your family have a safe, happy and holy Holiday season.

Fraternally,
Edward Gasior
Worshipful Master

P.S. See ya next year!!
